Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If an order is placed during weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Domestic & International):
- United States: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days
- Canada: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: Estimated delivery within 6–14 business days
- Other countries: Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Shipping Days: Monday–Friday (no shipments on weekends or national holidays)
Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Important:
Delivery time begins once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
By law, delivery will occur within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear in the system.
4. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.
For partial deliveries, the period begins once the last item has been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly (e.g., by email) of your decision.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, though it is not mandatory.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (for example, opened bedding or linens).
5. Returns – Condition & Costs
Please return items within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
You may inspect items as you would in a physical store, but products showing signs of use beyond that may not be eligible for a full refund.
6. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return—whichever comes first.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Additional costs for expedited or express shipping are non-refundable.
