Your order details and these Terms are stored electronically and sent to you via email in your order and shipping confirmation.
You may view past orders by logging into your customer account.

Before completing your purchase, you can review and correct any input errors during checkout (for example, by using the “Back” button or editing your cart).

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings on our website are not binding offers but invitations to place an order.
By clicking “Buy Now” or “Place Order”, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected items.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email (order confirmation) or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices, Shipping & Payment

All prices are shown in the applicable store currency (USD, GBP, CAD, or EUR equivalents) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed during checkout.

Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout and may include credit/debit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other secure options.

5. Delivery & Retention of Title

Delivery will be carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (return) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Conditions, exceptions (such as sealed hygiene products), and refund procedures are outlined in that policy.
Refunds include the standard shipping cost and are processed promptly. We may withhold refunds until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

7. Warranty (Defects Liability)

All products are covered by statutory warranty rights as required by law in your country of residence.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from:

For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Vouchers & Promotional Codes

Promotional codes or vouchers may be subject to specific conditions such as minimum order values, validity periods, or exclusions, which will be communicated individually with each promotion.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before an arbitration board.
In the UK and EU, you may contact your local consumer protection authority for guidance.
The EU’s ODR platform was discontinued as of July 19, 2025.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For consumers in the United Kingdom and Canada, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall also apply.

The current version is always available on our website.
Changes apply only to orders placed after the new version takes effect.
