We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from our store.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

This right applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • U.K. Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013)
  • Canada’s Consumer Protection Acts (federal and provincial)
  • U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance and state laws

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please clearly notify us by email at contact@serelune.com.
You may use the withdrawal form provided below, though using it is not mandatory.


3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

Returns that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage may be partially refunded or refused.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned items upon receipt.


4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed (for example, opened bedding, pillowcases, or similar products).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Serelune will bear the full return shipping cost.
Please contact us before returning any defective or incorrect items so we can issue a prepaid return label if applicable.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return — whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: shipping upgrades (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are possible only if the desired item (size or color) is available at the time of processing.
If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued, and you may place a new order for your preferred product.
